The Center for Applied Research in e-Health (eCARE) is an international research group focusing on the application of modern information and communication technologies to the areas of health and healthcare. Using an interdisciplinary approach, eCARE is committed to developing innovative health solutions and technologies to address global health issues, strengthen the health systems, and improve population health and well-being. eCARE involves faculty members from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, Hanoi Medical University Institute for Preventive Medicine and Public Health and Vietnam National University School of Engineering and Technology, and internationally recognized leaders in the area of global e-health. The group has a strong multi-disciplinary focus, combining expertise in information and communications technology, medical sciences, clinical care, global health, health policy and management.
